Shipping Terms

• Free shipping on all orders.   
• Free shipping is only available in the contiguous United States (excludes: Alaska and Hawaii)
• Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
• We reserve the right to ship by the best method available.
• Larger orders may be delivered via LTL on a pallet.
• Orders that are shipped via LTL include lift gate service.  
• All claims of shortages and defects must be made within 7 days.
• Additional charges apply for inside deliveries and bulk (pallet quantities) orders to residential addresses. Please call for a quote if special delivery requirements are needed.
